Kid's Clothes Closet - This is a twice a year event where underprivilaged children of Castle Rock are invited to receive new and gently used clothes to supplement their wardrobes. Donations are received from various sources within the greater Castle Rock community. In addition there are funds set aside to pay for new underwear and for shoe vouchers from Bob's Sporting Goods of Longview WA.
Summer Feeding Program - A ten-week event to provide nutritious lunches 5 days a week to the children and seniors of the community during the summer months. This is done in cooperation with other churches in the community.
Tutor Time - A twice a week program in conjunction with the elementary school to provide after school tutoring to children in grades 2 through 6.
Community House - Members from the St Paul community provide monthly feedings to Community House, a homeless shelter in Longview. In addition other material support is given throughout the year.
Strengthening Families - In partnership with the Cowlitz Substance Abuse Coalition (CSAC) St. Paul hosts this educational program to bring together parents and their children in a learning environment that is designed to strengthen entire families through better communication
Community Shepherds Program - A week-long summer "mission trip" put on by the youth and chaparoenes of St Paul Lutheran to help those less fortunate within Cowlitz County
Holiday Baskets - In partnership with the Castle Rock School System, St Paul provides food baskets during the Christmas season to the neediest members of our community.
Annual Quilt Show - An event raise money for various charities in and around Castle Rock.
