PARISH NURSE HEALTH MINISTRY: |
The focus of our Parish Nurse
Health Ministry is on wellness. We offer classes and seminars that
assist persons in leading "healthy lives." On one Sunday of each month
between services, persons may have their blood pressure taken and
recorded. Our Parish Nurse is available for consultation. She also makes
home and hospital visits to members. The Parish Nurse ministry was developed in Chicago by a Lutheran pastor, Granger Westberg. |
