From Living Stones Prison Ministry:

Start planning your dream trip
We are pleased to announce this year's prize is a $5,000 travel voucher from Costco. The winner will be able to design their own trip to any location of their choosing within the vast Costco travel service.  The winner can also add their own funds to the voucher to increase the value of the trip they want to take.

Tickets will again be $10 each or 6 for $50.  Sales will run through Thursday, May 31.  The drawing will be in the synod office on Wednesday, June 20 (winner need not be present to win).  The winner will be announced through a MailChimp announcement and our web site.
Because Living Stones is a joint ministry of all congregations of our synod, each congregation is invited to participate in the raffle.
As always, thank you for your partnership in this vital ministry.  You are part of God's grace in action for the men of Living Stones.
Pastor Chris Nolte, transition pastor

Cowlitz County Expo Center – 1900 7th Avenue, Longview, WA

Along with supporting the first responders of our county Cowlitz Chaplaincy responds to crisis events. Over the last two years our requests from first responders have averaged around 200 calls per year. Our chaplains provide 24/7 crisis intervention services to all citizens of Cowlitz County regardless of their faith background. The chaplains also perform many funerals as follow-up support to families, as well as wedding ceremonies, short-term crisis counseling, and grief support.

The Chaplaincy is a non-profit tax exempt organization that does not receive any public funds. The Les Nelson Memorial dinner is the major fund raising event for the Chaplaincy. Please  contribute to keeping this important service to our county viable by sponsoring this great event.
